Handling clients coordination & their requirements.
Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filling important document and communicating relevant
information.
Respond complaint from customers and give after sales support when requested
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy of time lines
Managing the portfolios of the all client
Established CRM to increasesales, improvesalesforecasting, and enhance account tracking on new and existing
clients.
Coordination on executive communications including attending to their official calls, responding to emails, interacting with internal and external customers on their behalf.
Good knowledge in excel-word- Letter Drafting,etc
