JOB Responsibilities:
Executing the entire gamut of task in recruitment encompassing sourcing, screening, short-listing, selection and appointment, etc.
Responsible for full execution of the recruitment process including job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing and regular communication with candidates & managers.
Effectively using candidate databases for matching the right person to the client's vacancy.
Receiving & reviewing applications, conducting interviews & tests and deftly short-listing candidates for the client.
Accountable for briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job.
Developing & maintaining MIS reports and other operation reports.
Must be Fluent in English
Excellent in MS Excel and MS Word

Experience	0 - 3 Years
Salary	2 Lac To 2 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.

Qualification	Other Bachelor Degree, M.B.A/PGDM
