We have an urgent requirement- Assistant Manager- HR and Admin (Infrastructure Industry)
• Administering Payroll including EPF, ESIC, Bonus and Gratuity.
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Organize Employee Engagement Activities
• Managing Travelling of Employees
• Drafting Letters as directed by Chairman.
• Managing Office Stationary and other requirements.
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and
• compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
• Undertake tasks around performance management
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.

• Qualification- MBA with Specialization in HR
• Experience in Infrastructure Company
• Total No. Of year Of Experience: 4-7 Years
• Good Control Over English Communication (verbal and Written)
